In this inspired short dance film, we see the dancers weave in and out and around Mitoraj's romanesque and ancient Greek referenced large-scale faces installation work, that speak of the human condition in dramatic form, in various states of perfection and distress. Utopian-dystopian. This is the starkly elegant minimalist contemporary setting of the museum for contemporary art, all tied together thanks to the artistic imagery and animated black and white recording, having something of a 1930's look in essence.

Twee handen vol gouden en platina platen, shows op de grootste podia, festivals en vele tientallen miljoenen views op Youtube, maar nog geen solo-album...daar brengt Bokoesam met het ambitieuze ‘SOLO’ verandering in. Na grote successen met New Wave, Veldentaal, Jack $hirak en grote hit-solosingles verschijnt over drie weken dan eindelijk het album. Vandaag wordt SOLO voorafgegaan door single ‘BBB’ in samenwerking met Jonna Fraser. De bijpassende buitenaardse video door Femke Huurdeman ging zojuist in premiere via i-D en is nu te zien op het Top Notch Youtube kanaal. “Op mijn eerste echte album doe ik wat ik leuk vind, wat ik interessant vind en wat ik altijd al wilde maken. Dit is een kijkje in mijn wereld, in mijn leven en wat ik meemaak. Ik ben rapper en vader, vriend en zoon. Ik heb me niet ingehouden of ben niet super moeilijk gaan nadenken over wat slim zou zijn. Maar heb een album gemaakt dat persoonlijk is en veel kanten laat horen, die ik tof vind. Sinds eind 2016 werkte Bokoesam met diverse gasten en topproducers aan en divers, groots, extreem en veelzijdig debuutalbum. Van rauw tot poppy, zomers tot grimmig gaat SOLO alle kanten op, behalve eerder gebaande paden. Op SOLO zijn naast Sam te horen Lil Kleine, Idaly, Jandro (SFB), Jayh, Jonna Fraser, Willie Wartaal, Mr. Polska, SBMG, RayFuego, Yung Nnelg en GRGY. Producties op het album zijn er van topproducers Jack $hirak, Spanker, Garrincha, Project Money en Outtatowntobias. Deze zomer is Bokoesam op diverse festivals.
